Rosalie Roberts started volunteering at the Temple Ronald McDonald House in August 2002. She comes to the House a minimum of once a week. And what a difference she's made to everyone here!
Rosalie has had a very interesting life. She has visited all 50 states. She has been an elementary school teacher and principal, a grants specialist, worker for the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs in the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico, and has worked for the U.S. government in Washington, D.C. After retirement, she moved to Temple for the longer stretches of warm weather, and boy, are we glad!

Each week after Rosalie leaves. The house is just a bit better than it was when she got here. She is AMAZING at organizing desks, closets, and large donations. She often comes in on weekends to help supervise the larger groups of volunteers we have on the weekends. She entertains guests, young and old, with her wit and humor.
We are grateful to Rosalie for all she does. Each of us has been touched in many, many ways since Rosalie has come to the House. If you'd like to join Rosalie and the other House volunteers, please give us a call!
